Inscribe Australia is committed to ensuring it provides a safe work

environment for its employees, and that employees adopt safe work

practices at clients’ sites and our factory.

We have adopted a healthy work safe attitude, our premises is kept

tidy and organised to insure best working environment for our crew.

Safety signs and safety equipment is checked regularly and issued

when required.

Objectives

Inscribe Australia will:

Provide and maintain, so far as is practicable, a working

environment that is safe and without risks to health;

Provide and maintain equipment and systems of work that are

safe and without risks to health;

Provide adequate information on hazards, including written

procedures and instructions to ensure safe systems of work;

Provide instruction, training, leadership and supervision to

employees, contractors and customers to ensure their safety

Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and current

industry standards

Implement and continuously improve our safety management

system

Action health and safety issues in a timely manner

Encourage employees to participate in the health and safety

program

Encourage the identification of hazards and appropriately

control them

Responsibilities

Management is responsible for:

The provision and maintenance of the workplace in a safe condition

Involvement in the development, promotion and implementation of

health and safety polices and procedure

Training employees in the safe performance of their assigned tasks

Employees are to:

Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

Report all known or observed hazards to their immediate supervisor or

manager

Application of the Policy

This policy is applicable to Inscribe Australia in all its operations and

functions including those situations where employees are required to

work off site.

Consultation

The organisation is committed to consultation and cooperation

between management and employees. The organisation will consult

with elected employee health and safety representatives and

employees in any workplace change that will affect the health and

safety of any of its employees.
